Clients are responsible for the payment of fees associated with the services provided by Black Girl College Prep, LLC. All fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement or completion of services. Payments for products and services from Black Girl College Prep, LLC are made through third-party resources, including PayPal, Square, Stripe, and directly through merchants for online courses and programs such as Thinkific.com.

Black Girl College Prep, LLC cannot be held liable for any breach of security or protocol by these third-party entities, and in using them, you agree that if you are damaged in some way as a result of their behavior, you will pursue only the party that is directly involved in a breach of your information, and will hold Black Girl College Prep, LLC and Rahkal Roberson harmless in such matters

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of online courses, ebooks, and information products, including paperback books, and the fact that digital content cannot be returned, our digital courses, memberships, ebooks, and digital products are non-refundable. We feel confident that we’ve laid out everything you get in our products and courses in the descriptions of the products and services. Please read the details and description of each product and course so you understand exactly what you are buying. Additionally, digital information products and courses are designed to be performed to completion; failure to complete a course and full engage with handouts and recommendations will reduce or eliminate the learner's success. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable. This policy applies to all clients, regardless of circumstances.
